The terms, ‘Qasim Rafique Relationship Consultant’, ‘Qasim Rafique ’, ‘Qasim Rafique Relationship Coach’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to Qasim Rafique, owner of the website, deliverer of coaching and training services, advice and insights. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website, and anyone who seeks out and/or uses Qasim Rafique help or expertise and any clients, personal and commercial. The term ‘client’ refers to any coaching or training client that has expressed an interest in getting Qasim Rafique professional help or any client that has purchased any coaching sessions or coaching packages or training or workshop tickets or Qasim Rafique published books and self-published books, and any media, charity, organisation or brand clients or PR firms who solicit Qasim Rafique help and expertise for media work and/or for PR and consultancy work.


2.1. By browsing and/or using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern Qasim Rafique relationship with you in relation to this website. By purchasing any services or products provided by Qasim Rafique, whether via this website, another website, offline, or via other means, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. We shall not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred as a result of relying on information provided during informal conversations, electronic communications, consultations, or coaching or training sessions from the moment an enquiry is received from the client as the information provided is given in good faith as a general guidance to help you or the client make your/their own decisions and take actions you/they choose to take as of your/their own free will, regardless of any information given by Qasim Rafique.


3.4. We shall not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred as a result of relying on information provided to the public whilst acting on behalf of a media, organisation, charity or brand client as the information provided is given in good faith as a general guidance to help you make your own decisions and take actions you choose to take as of your own free will, regardless of any information given by Qasim Rafique.

3.5. 4. All cancellations of training events to be held at your request, whether acting on your own behalf or on behalf of an organisation you are representing or working on behalf of, require a minimum of one week cancellation notice; no refunds will be issued by Qasim Rafique if less than one week notice is given and you may still be responsible for covering any unnecessary costs Qasim Rafique has incurred as a result of organisation a training, speaking, workshop style event for you, such as, but not limited to, travel costs, overnight hotel costs, venue hire costs, the writing and rehearsing of tailored training/speaking/workshop content.


5.1. If you provide Qasim Rafique with any information you would like to remain strictly confidential, if you make this clear to Qasim Rafique, it will remain strictly confidential, except if and when Qasim Rafique is expected to or asked to break such confidentiality in line with lawful UK/US regulations.

5.2. If Qasim Rafique provides you with paid coaching sessions, albeit it at a discounted price after you have attended a training session, all paid Skype/FT/Zoom/WhatsAPP/Direct Calling coaching sessions require a 24 hour cancellation period in order for a full refund to be issued and all face-to-face/in-person coaching sessions require a 60 hour cancellation period in order for a full refund to be issued. If, for face-to-face/in-person coaching sessions less than 60 hours cancellation notice is provided but the notice is greater than 24 hours, then a small fee may be applicable simply to cover the room hire for your cancelled session if Qasim Rafique is asked to pay a fee for the room hire for your cancelled session.


5.3. As a coaching or training client, as I adhere to the Islamic faith based code of ethics and the Association of Coaching’s code of ethics and to the law governing the United Kingdom & United States of America, please be aware of the limitations of maintaining confidentiality, with specific reference to: (a) potentially conflicting or supervening legal and ethical obligations; (b) the likelihood that consultation with colleagues may occur in order to enhance the effectiveness of service provision, but during which your personal identity will still remain confidential unless absolutely necessary to divulge this information in line with this or other legal obligations; and (c) the possibility that third parties such as translators or family members may assist in ensuring that the activity concerned is not compromised by a lack of communication.


5.4. Breaches of confidentiality will be restricted to those exceptional circumstances under which there appears sufficient evidence to raise serious concern about: (a) the safety of clients; (b) the safety of other persons who may be endangered by the client’s behaviour; or (c) the health, welfare or safety of children or vulnerable adults.


6.1. You may terminate your coaching or training relationship with Qasim Rafique at any time.


6.2. If deemed necessary, Qasim Rafique may terminate the coaching or training relationship with a client at any time with a reasonable consideration given to offering the client a partial refund; the refund amount will be in line with a consideration of the number of coaching sessions or training events or training hours left, the amount of time spent working for the client during and between coaching or training sessions and the reasons for terminating the coaching or training or training/speaking event organisation relationship.


7. Returns of published books are dealt with by the vendor you purchased them from.


8.1. Any tickets booked for an event being organised and hosted by Qasim Rafique are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Please contact us to arrange a transfer of details, if required, to ensure successful entry to an event hosted by Qasim Rafique.


8.2. We shall not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred as a result of attending an event where Qasim Rafique is training or speaking or as a result of relying on information offered as part of an event where Qasim Rafique is training or speaking, before, during or after the event. Any such information being imparted is in good faith as a general guidance to help you make your own decisions and take actions you choose to take as of your own free will, regardless of any information given by Qasim Rafique.


9.1. This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties, e.g. Google Inc.


9.2. Email accounts connected to this website use Google as their server, Google may store personal information.


9.3. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantees other than those specified here. You acknowledge that any such information, materials and products may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. If you get in touch via one of the contact forms on this website, your IP address will be sent through with your enquiry.


15.1. If you are trying to mislead and/or defraud Qasim Rafique with your enquiry, posing as a prospective client when you are not solely seeking coaching, training or speaking engagements as a genuine prospective coaching client or as a genuine prospective training/speaking event client, legal action may be taken against you.


15.2. If as a course provider/trainer or coach, you are instructing, or have instructed, others seeking your advice and/or training and or training materials and/or coaching to mislead and/or defraud Qasim Rafique with a fake enquiry, posing as a prospective client when they are not solely seeking coaching as a genuine prospective coaching client, legal action may be taken against you the course provider/trainer or coach and them, the false enquirer.


16.1 From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for information purposes only. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content or usage of the linked website(s).


16.2. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and The United States of America.
16.3. Your use of our products, services, advice or information and any dispute arising out of such use of our products, services, advice or information, is subject to the laws of England/Scotland and unless expressly stated otherwise in another agreement, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English/Scottish Courts.


17.Your data is captured by Google analytics when you use this website. When you complete a contact form on this website, the details you submit are automatically stored along with your IP address and emailed through to enquiries@relationshipscoach.co.uk. If you book a coaching consultation or at least an initial face-to-face Skype video chat to discuss your needs, the personal details you provided, namely the name, email address and phone number and/or Skype ID you provided, will be securely stored on a digital spreadsheet document purely for account management as you are then a prospective client requesting Qasim Rafique services and, therefore, proper records need to be kept.


18. If you do not become a coaching client of Qasim Rafique, your data will be deleted from the website and from any securely stored digital spreadsheets after a period of three months unless you are deemed to be behaving in a way that suggests you are trying to mislead or defraud Qasim Rafique in an attempt to further your own business, or for any other reasons, in which case your data may be retained for legal and safeguarding reasons, indefinitely.


19. If you do purchase a product or service via this website, your details will be retained indefinitely on the website to allow you to make future purchases with ease and speed to minimise your inconvenience. However, you can request that we delete this information stored on the website, at any time. When you make a purchase through this website, your order is emailed through to Qasimbookings@gmail.com and your order email will be retained indefinitely for UK/US tax purposes and for legal and safeguarding reasons and historical research and statistical purposes. When you make a purchase through Eventbrite via this website or via the Eventbrite website, your order is emailed through to Qasimnotebook@gmail.com and your order email will be retained indefinitely for UK/US tax purposes and for legal and safeguarding reasons and historical research and statistical purposes.


20. If you do become a coaching or training client of Qasim Rafique, the personal details you provided, namely the name, email address and phone number you provided, may be securely stored on a digital spreadsheet document for account management as you are then a client of Qasim Rafique services and, therefore, proper records must be kept. Other personal details you provide, such as coaching forms completed, will also be securely stored in a digital format for legal and safeguarding reasons. Any notes Qasim Rafique writes about your case for best practice as a coach to ensure he does his best to help you to achieve your coaching goals, will also be logged and securely stored in a digital format for performance, legal and safeguarding reasons. All data stored securely on digital documents will be backed up on an external hard drive from time to time. Any email correspondence you have with Qasim Rafique will also be confidentially stored within that email service for legal and safeguarding reasons.


21. You can provide updated personal details at any time to ensure the details we hold for you are correct and up to date and we will promptly update our records accordingly.


22. All data will be captured and retained with strict confidentiality and security.


23. You may make a request for erasure, verbally or in writing. We will respond to your request within one month.
