Coaching for MEN Get Out of the Problem and into the Solution Men all want the same things. ​ We want to feel joy and passion. We want to be happy in our relationships. We want to feel of value, and spend our days making money in a way that fulfills us. We want to not be so angry, jealous, and resentful. We want to know that we’re good enough as men, fathers, and husbands. And, we want to feel the confidence necessary to live without doubt and fear. ​ With more than 15 years experience in guiding men through all conceivable life challenges, I can coach you through your problems, and help you find the solutions to become the happy and successful man you want to be. What I Do ​ I’ve helped good men become better men for 15 years. I coach men, I’ve found what most men need is not a diagnosis, but the support of other good men to help them find the solutions to their problems. What we men need is guidance, teaching, and the insight of a trusted advisor. We need to be fathered. Let’s face it, if we all had the fathers of our dreams, we would have received all the wisdom necessary to succeed in our lives. Unfortunately, many of us had dads who lacked the wisdom, the time, or the ability to teach us. Some of our dads weren’t around at all. But that’s no reason to stay stuck. Strategy My strategy is developing men and instilling faith based principles.  That means you’ll get honest, unapologetic feedback about you in all areas of your life. You’ll get sage advice, the wisdom handed down to me from my mentors. ​ It’s nice, every now and then, to be coddled. It feels good to have someone make you feel better about the state you’re in. It feels good to crawl up into that warm, comforting place and be held. The problem is, we wake up the next morning with the same problems. Only now, we feel even worse. You see, we men need to fix things, and that includes our relationships, the one with ourselves and the ones with our women, our children, and the rest of the world. ​ ​Together,I will help you create a vision of the man you want to be. To achieve that vision, you’ll make commitments and be held accountable to them. Without accountability, you can hide out, lie, numb yourself, indulge your addictions, and otherwise stay stuck. And isn’t that what you’ve been doing for too long now?

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice; coaching sessions, whether purchased as a single session, purchased as multiple sessions or purchased as part of a coaching package, will not be redeemable or refundable if less than 24 hours notice is given. If deemed necessary, Qasim Rafique may terminate the coaching or training relationship with a client at any time with a reasonable consideration given to offering the client a partial refund; the refund amount will be in line with a consideration of the number of coaching sessions or training events or training hours left, the amount of time spent working for the client during and between coaching or training sessions and the reasons for terminating the coaching or training or training/speaking event organisation relationship.
